The staff could improve in terms of their welcoming attitude, as some guests felt like they were met with resistance when requesting proper bedclothes. Language barriers and a misunderstanding about the difference between a hotel and a hostel may have contributed to this issue.

I had a fantastic stay at this albergue. the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me, even though there was a language barrier. the property itself was clean and well-maintained, with great facilities like a spacious kitchen and a selection of beer for sale. My room had a curtain for added privacy, and the staff even offered me a more private bed behind the curtain. I had a restful sleep and felt well taken care of during my stay. The option to buy cheap, good wine was also a bonus. I highly recommend this Albergue for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as a small kitchen and not being able to use the toilet after picking up our backpacks, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience at Albergue.
